What is penis enlargement with one’s own fat tissue?

Penis enlargement with your own fat tissue is an outpatient procedure in which fat is suctioned from another part of the body, cleaned and injected under the skin of the penis. The aim is to increase the girth by 0.5–1 cm. The procedure takes about an hour and is performed under local anaesthesia. The result is partially permanent, some of the fat can be absorbed. It does not increase the length, but thickens and visually enlarges the penis.

Preparation before the procedure

  • 7 days before the procedure, discontinue blood thinners (after consulting your doctor)
  • Do not apply body creams, perfumes or other products in the genital area on the day of the procedure

Procedure

  • Lasting approximately 60 minutes
  • It takes place under local anaesthesia
  • First, liposuction is performed (most often from the abdomen, hips), the fat is then cleaned and injected under the skin of the penis

After the procedure

  • Possible mild swelling or bruising, rest is recommended
  • Wear tight-fitting underwear, keep the penis pointing downwards
  • Perform hygiene gently, without mechanical irritation
  • Arrange for an escort home – it is not advisable to drive after the procedure

Follow-up

  • First check-up usually in 7–10 days
  • The doctor will assess the healing and progress of fat absorption
  • Recommendations for modifying the regimen according to individual condition

Aftercare

Increased restrictions: 1 week of rest after the procedure

Recommendations

  • Wear tight-fitting elastic underwear for 3 weeks
  • Penis pointing downwards – promoting even fat deposition
  • Rest for at least the first week, avoid prolonged walking and standing
  • Return to normal routine usually in 7–10 days
  • Sexual activity and sport after about 4–6 weeks
  • Gentle massage of the area from week 3 onwards as recommended by the doctor

The treatment is not suitable for people:

  • Under 18 years of age
  • With acute infection in the genital area
  • With blood clotting disorders
  • With diagnosed cancer in the urogenital area

Possible complications are rare and may include:

  • Swelling, bruising, haematoma
  • Uneven fat absorption, asymmetry
  • Infection or pain
  • Temporary change in sensitivity
