Dr. David Talavera is an anaesthesiologist at Perfect Clinic. He ensures that surgeries are performed safely by administering the appropriate type of anaesthesia, monitors and maintains patients’ vital signs during surgery, and ensures their comfort and pain-free awakening.
He received his medical education at the Third Faculty of Medicine at Charles University. After successfully completing his studies, he decided to pursue the field of anaesthesiology and intensive care medicine, which appealed to him for its complexity and importance in the care of patients in the most challenging conditions. In this field, he expanded his knowledge and skills and obtained a certificate of his competence (attestation).
During his professional career, he served at several leading institutes, which allowed him to gain a wealth of experience. He worked at Královské Vinohrady University Hospital, the Regional Hospital in Kolín and Masaryk Hospital in Ústí nad Labem as an anaesthesiologist and intensive care physician. He also specialises in outpatient anaesthesia of adults for a wide range of surgical procedures.
