INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCEDURE

What is septorhinoplasty?

Septorhinoplasty is a surgical procedure that addresses both the aesthetic reshaping of the nose and the functional correction of the nasal septum to improve breathing in one step. This procedure combines a rhinoplasty with a straightening of the nasal septum (septoplasty). Septoplasty is an operation in which a deviated nasal septum is surgically corrected. The cause of a deviated nasal septum can be a congenital defect or an injury. In septoplasty, the doctor adjusts the nasal septum so that it runs down the middle plane of the nasal cavity, making it easier to breathe through the nose. The goal is not only a beautiful, but also a functional nose that looks good while allowing you to breathe freely.

The resultis:

  • Harmonious nose shape in line with the face
  • Straightening of the nasal septum
  • Improved breathing through the nose
  • Resolving chronic nasal congestion

Benefits of the treatment:

  • Aesthetic and functional treatment in one procedure
  • Permanent solution to health problems and appearance
  • Performed under general anaesthesia under the supervision of an experienced team
  • One recovery instead of two separate procedures
