At Perfect Clinic, Dr. Barbara Karkošková focuses on minor surgical procedures, treatment of spider veins and varicose veins on the legs, application of filler materials and products for smoothing mimic wrinkles.
She graduated from the Second Faculty of Medicine at Charles University. During her studies, she worked at the Department of Anatomy at the First Faculty of Medicine, where she taught students.
She has completed internships in Spain and Mexico.
Since graduation, she has been active in general surgery. She is a certified general surgeon, a member of the Czech Medical Chamber and the Czech Society of Surgery. Due to her specialisation, she regularly participates in national and international congresses and educational events organised by the CSS, aesthetic dermatology, plastic and vascular surgery.
In her practice at the hospital, she is involved in both conventional surgery and laparoscopy, caring for patients with acute conditions, including traumatology.
