Dr. Roman Kufa is the founder and co-owner of the Perfect Clinic, a center of aesthetic medicine, where he serves as the Chief Plastic Surgeon. He performs the full spectrum of aesthetic surgical procedures and is recognized as one of the leading experts in facial aesthetic surgery. He is among the few specialists who have long focused on modern techniques of comprehensive facial rejuvenation, particularly Deep Plane Facelift, neck lift, and preservation rhinoplasty, including PGA rhinoplasty.
He has worked at some of the leading plastic and reconstructive surgery centers in the Czech Republic, including Královské Vinohrady University Hospital, Bulovka University Hospital, and Motol University Hospital, where he held the position of Chief Physician. During his career, he successfully specialized in microsurgery, hand surgery, and breast reconstruction for oncology patients.
Dr. Kufa is a member of the Jan Evangelista Purkyně Medical Society, IPRAS (International Confederation for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery), and ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery). He has completed numerous international fellowships and training programs. He is a published author and a regular speaker at prestigious international congresses focused on plastic surgery, as well as aesthetic and regenerative medicine including IMCAS, AMWC, MFI, IAM, IMAAC, PGS, ISAPS, and SELM.
In his practice, he combines surgical procedures with advanced injectable treatments and regenerative medicine techniques to achieve natural-looking results and support faster patient recovery.
He is the founder of Perfect Beauty Academy, an educational platform that provides specialized workshops, seminars, and training courses for physicians in the field of aesthetic medicine. He also organizes cadaver courses, where he teaches facial anatomy and advanced facial surgery techniques.
In addition, he is the founder of the Perfect Beauty Medicine Congress, which brings together leading Czech and international experts in plastic surgery, aesthetic medicine, and regenerative medicine.
